In this project, I conducted a detailed analysis and developed a digital marketing analysis and strategy for cuit.es, a ceramics company based in Valencia. The goal was to create a plan to increase brand awareness, boost sales, and improve their online presence, with a focus on local positioning and attracting clients for personalised orders, classes and workshops.
The proposed strategy included defining SMART objectives, such as enhancing visibility on social media, optimizing website content for SEO, and exploring collaborations with influencers and local businesses. I also outlined a tailored approach for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, adjusting the content for each network’s unique characteristics: from process videos and trends on TikTok, to professional articles on LinkedIn about the impact of ceramics in workspace design.
Additionally, I recommended website improvements, such as creating an “About Us” page and a strategic blog to optimize SEO and generate relevant content. I suggested implementing a review and recommendation system, as well as product comments on the website to enhance the customer experience.
This project provided cuit.es with a comprehensive plan that, if implemented, could strengthen its digital presence, enhance its online identity, and improve interactions with the local community and potential customers.
